NEW DELHI: The most successful franchise in the Indian Premier League — Mumbai Indians, in a revamped avatar is all set to take on the nine other teams in the upcoming 15th edition of the cricketing extravaganza. Apart from retaining Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, Kieron Pollard and Suryakumar Yadav, the five-time champions made some very interesting purchases in the February auction.
Skipper Rohit will once again be at the helm and will be eying a record-extending sixth title when his team takes the field from March 27 onwards.
Known for their slow starts in the tournament, Mumbai this time however will look to go in full throttle right from the beginning as the league has now become more competitive with the addition of two new teams.
