2K Game has announced the latest installment of its long-running WWE video game franchise. Dubbed as WWE 2K22, the game is now available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam.
The 2K Games is celebrating the 20th anniversary of the game and to celebrate, the game developer has placed Ray Mysterio on the cover.
According to the developer, the WWE 2K22 features a completely overhauled gaming experience with redesigned engine and gameplay. The company also claims that the new game has the best graphics till date in any WWE game.
Apart from that, the game features new intuitive and accessible controls, multiple new game modes, impressive presentation and a new camera throughout.
The game also includes new soundtracks curated by producer Machine Gun Kelly, which will also be available as playable characters later.
MyGM: The game includes a new fan-requested mode in which players will select one of the five GMs or they can create their own, draft a roster, manage budgets, sign free agents, choose match types and more.
MyFACTION: This is a single-player take on the classic team-building mode. In this mode, players can collect, manage and upgrade WWE superstars.
Apart from that, the game also includes other game modes like MyRISE, Universe, Creation Suite and more.
WWE 2K22 Editions and pre-order bonus
The game will be available in four different editions — Standard, Cross-Gen Digital Bundle, Deluxe and New World Order faction – nWo 4-Life Digital Edition.
The Standard Edition is available for INR 3,299 on previous-gen platforms (PlayStation 4, Xbox One consoles and PC) and at Rs 4,399 on current-gen consoles (PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S) in both physical and digital formats.
The Cross-Gen Bundle is available at Rs 4,799 and includes the digital Standard Edition and the Starrcade ’96 Rey Mysterio Pack across previous and current-gen within the same PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
The Deluxe Edition is available for INR 6,399 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. The Deluxe Edition includes the Standard Edition plus the Undertaker Immortal Pack.
The nWo 4-Life Digital Edition will be available at Rs 7,999 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
